Successful chapters are the result of an active membership. The Individual Performance Award (IPA) program recognizes and awards active members.

Helping you calculate your points

To help you compute the IPA points your participation has earned, download this Excel worksheet AwardsManualIPA3of3.xls (right-click on the link and then select Save Target As). When you have completed your entries, forward the worksheet to your Chapter Awards Committee chair who will see that the proper paperwork is sent to the Association offices.




Over the years, the maximum number of points
a member may earn has increased
1988 and priormaximum of 32 points per year
1989 through 1996maximum of 35 points per year
1997 and sincemaximum of 40 points per year
